Our classes are labeled as follows, with the first number being the grade and the second number being the class. Inside the ( ) is how many students are in that class. Remember, there can be a max of 10 students per class.

You may join any class you want, just make sure you tell the GM which it is.

You have to pick one or the other, you can't be a teacher and a student! We can have 2 teachers per subject so tell the GM if you want to be a teacher. Teachers can RP out classes and assign homework if they want.

This is a fun, general-type roleplay with no current specific plot. You can create your own high school life here but if you want a RP about something more specific dealing with a HS, you may want to make your own RP.

Summer break has ended recently and it's time to go back to school for all the students at Imagine High School. Some are excited and others wish the break would have lasted just a little bit longer (or maybe forever).

Imagine High School is a two-story building set on a large plot of land which includes a football field, baseball field, and student parking lot (grades 3 and 4 only). There are 8 periods in a day - one is lunch, one is a study hall, and the rest are classes. Classes run about 45 minutes, except for lunch which is a half hour.

The obnoxious ringing of the bell begins the first day at Imagine High School. "All students report to the auditorium for start of the year announcements." The Principal's voice announces over the speaker system. Several groans are heard as the students begin to shuffle off towards the auditorium. The lucky ones would get to sit in the back and talk, but the late ones... well, they had to sit near the front where the teachers sat, and nobody wanted that.

"Nnn..." A petite blonde girl stumbled off the bright-yellow school bus, barely avoiding tripping and smashing her half-awake face into the pavement. the exhausted girl was Rosette Legend, 16 years old, and not at all excited to be back to school. She was a third year, and according to the "start of term" letter she'd gotten in the mail over summer, her new class was "class 2".

Fortunately, the letter had also included the location of her homeroom and locker. But, as (rotten) luck would have it, her locker was on the first floor near the cafeteria and her homeroom was upstairs. "Maybe most of my classes will be downstairs, at least..." She muttered to herself, kicking the bottom of her locker before walking away. She had stopped by to make sure she knew where it was and that the combination was right. It wasn't, of course, and now she'd have to make a trip to the office during lunch. "Welcome back, Rosette~" Her voice was absolutely dripping with sarcasm as she trudged up the stairs, her body being jostled around by nervous first years.

The letter had also mentioned that third years with acceptable grades would be allowed to go on the class trip in the spring. Of course, the location hadn't been decided, just that it would cost a pretty penny to go.

Just as she was settling into the chair in her homeroom, having drowned out the overly chipper teacher (from the sound of her hopes and well wishes, it had to be her first year teaching), the Principals voice flooded the school over the loud speaker. Figures. He wanted them all down stairs in the auditorium for beginning of the year announcements. Maybe I should look into getting an elevator pass or making friends with someone who has one... The elevator was strictly reserved for students in wheelchairs or with crutches.

Several of those nervous first years seemed impatient with her leisurely pace, but they couldn't bring themselves to pass her. They weren't sure where they were going but as far as they were concerned, when the Principal spoke, they didn't want to be late. She was tempted to purposely take a long route and get them lost, but it was too early in the morning for games like that.

As soon as the auditorium was in sight, the small group of new students scuttled off and began frantically looking around for familiar faces. Rosette, too, gave a quick glance, though she tried to be a bit more discrete. She had a small, but friendly, group of friends...

Time begins to flow on the final night of the eternal summer.

"It's going to take me a long time until I get used to this..." a half-awake dark-haired schoolgirl muttered to herself as she approached the distant school building. Now with the school year beginning again, Tokiya Hisana pondered about everything that's happened over the summer. ... Nothing very interesting.

She wondered whether anyone else would be interested to know that she mostly spent her time playing the same game, eventually managing to play through the story mode using only 2 characters. And just as the final boss turned into his Luna form, the save data deleted itself. Not that she would talk to any classmate about it.

Finally arriving at the school, the 16-year old (who looked somewhat more of a first-year than a second-year in appearance) paused and reached into her bag to look for the piece of paper that listed her room number. There were a few papers, but none of them were the papers she was looking for.

... So this means I don't have to go to homeroom, right? Wrong. Hopefully she could find at least one person she knew from the second year and see which room they enter.

Now if she can remember the room number after looking at the paper for a few seconds the day before. Just because one had an uneventful summer doesn't mean one is particularly excited for the first day of school.

Oh, an actual number this time! Tokiya walked through the building and passed several groups of people. There were occasional people that she recognized, but most of the faces were of those who were new to the school. Although most of them had their backs turned against her.

Move to one side, please! What do you think this is, the first day of... Oh. she quietly navigated herself through the maze of unmoving people. If there's anything that annoyed her at school, it's random people blocking the hallway. But since when was the school this crowded? If this is what I have to look forward to, I'd rather not even use a locker. Come to think of it... the locker number was on that sheet of paper too, right?

And suddenly the nearest bell rang, its loud tone startling the already rushed schoolgirl. Gya, Class 2-something! Where was that hall again...? Upstairs? Probably. She was only about halfway up before the principal's daily announcement started.

"All students report to the auditorium for start of the year announcements."

"..."

Spinning around all of a sudden, Tokiya nearly crashed into a few male students who were also walking up the stairs. You heard him, head towards the auditorium. If you know where it is. But without saying anything, she simply walked over towards the designated building. Her politeness probably won't kick in for a few hours unless she spotted a friend who would ease the busy feeling of the first day.

Rosette, having unsuccessfully located any of her friends yet, settled herself into one of the seats nearer to the back of the room. Start of the year announcements were always boring and full of rule reminders and over stressed hope for a 'great school year'.

A few moments after she seated herself, another girl sat down beside her. This girl had dark hair, much in contrast with Rosette's own blonde. This girl was Tokiya Hisana, a friend of hers. "Ah, hey, Hisana. Surprised you found me in all this mess." Truly, she was. Their school was probably on the smaller size, but when everyone came together like this it felt like an infinite sea of bodies.

"Do you think they'll drag this out long? I don't really care if they do, these chairs are more comfortable than the ones in class. My homeroom and locker are on opposite sides of the school from each other and the teacher is all chipper... how about you, any better luck with your homeroom?"

Best to actually give her a chance to respond. The Principal was taking his sweet time greeting all the teachers in the first row before making his way up to the stage to begin droning. "Good morning students! Did we all have a great summer? I hope you're as excited to be back as I am!" Yeah, no. Definitely not. So long as they kept their voice down, chances are they wouldn't really be noticed talking. Half the teachers were going to end up tuning him out half way through, anyways, so it wasn't like they could really tell a student off for it.

The surpising little girl wondered tru the school building. knowing that she is to late, she leans against her locker, dropping her bag relieved on the floor. "gosh, what is dad thinking, stuffing my bag with only food. " with a big sigh she pats her skirt straight and looks around her at the empty school building. "Guess Im the last one again." with a big grin she picks up her bag and trows it over her shoulder and walks towards the auditorium casually.

after a stop to get some juice out the fendingmachine, she stands infront the doors of the auditorium, and like she expected they where closed. "Im really late, eh? .." she also already heard some mumbling on the other side of the doors.

Nodame placed her tiny hand on the door and pushes it open until the door bangs the wall.
automatically she walks to the front and let herself fall in a chair of the first row.
knowing that all eyes are focused on her since she walked in, she refuses to look back at them and takes a sip from her juice.
