-Into the Wasteland-

Summary;
The Third Great Natural Catastrophe which occured on Earth 30 years ago brought a high amount of sand on the surface. What has caused this Cataclysm is still unknown or rather unsolved.
Earth is slowly transforming into a desert in which mankind tries to survive. Water becomes a precious resource and the center of political intrigues. Food and water have become irradiated but several places still have clean water or sell healthy food. Every survivor that comes from the desert is known as a wastelander. The people pay with bottle caps not with the money that was used before the catastrophe.



Plot: TBA (Setting and plot will be loosely based on Fallout and the manga Agharta.



Important Groups in the Wasteland:

The New World Library( Library or NWL for short): It is dedicated to restoring order and progress to the Wasteland, as well as old world values such as democracy, liberty, and the rule of law. They are a very large army with around 6000 soldiers that try to change the Wasteland as their higher ups see fit. They claim to be helping the people in the Wasteland but the Wastelanders aren't sure about that because they just invaded into the Wasteland and want everyone to follow their rules.

Kaisar's Legion: This is an aggressive, imperialist organization, led and founded by Kaisar. The Legion is comprised mostly of reconditioned tribals and their young offspring.

The Brotherhood of Steel: The Brotherhood is a techno-religious organization, with roots in the American military and government-sponsored scientific community from before the Third Great Natural Catastrophe. But the years haven't been good them they are clearly outnumbered by their enemy, The New World Library and have retreated to a place underground, most people they don't exist anymore. The Brotherhood will try anything to get technology from before the Catastrophe happend and will also kill anyone who has such technology. Not all of them are like that though..

Cities, villages:

Titanic City: The inhabitants of River City all live on a old broken cruise ship crashed on the coast of the Wasteland when the sea water became irradiated. There are three snipers on the ship trying to make sure that no Raiders or any other danger gets inside. Of course travellers are permitted to enter.

Vocaloid: a village surrounded by a tall thick wall that's known to be unbreakable. The town's famous for it's pre-nuclear catastrophe technology.
For some reason electricity still works in that village, there are restaurants, casino's, hotels and more in just a very small village that you walk through in 10 minutes. It's very well protected by androids and it's good for business. Why Vocaloid is still like that is a mystery...to enter you will need a pass that you can buy from one of the androids outside the gate.

Freeside: The area around Vocaloid with almost no electricity is called Freeside. This is where criminals and other evil characters usually show up. It's also rulled by three gangs (Names: TBA) who don't like each other that much. Freeside has a casino, two shops that sell weapons and armor. The casino is also a hotel and also something else...

Akarta: a small village where Wastelanders can rest, eat and sleep until they continue on their travels or stay to work there forever in peace.

The NWL Sanctuary: The Headquarters of the New World Library in the Wasteland. Similar to Vocaloid the Sanctuary is also surrounded by a wall but this one has eight command towers. On each of these towers three snipers are assigned. In the courtyard there are NWL tents setup to rest, in the main building there is a prison, a cafateria and a weapon supply room. In the back is the training ground and the radio communication tower that suprisingly still works for the NWL. There are 500 soldiers stationed there, to become part of NWL you have to go to this place.
