Wouldn't Immortality be kind of Sad?

Immortality

Living for years I do not know for how much;
Dreamin always of things of the past;
Always just beyond the reach of my touch;
To fast it scurries past;
The days turning to night;
The night to day;
Wishing for as i look upon the stars;
That someone would be there at the end of the road;
No matter how far;
So that some day from all these years I'll remember how it was not to be cold;
And when I finally meet this person;
I hope I would be capable to behold the sight;
And hope to know my way;
To that person before he or she is gone.

Imagine my age;
No more tears to cry how old is that?
Time as my cage;
The shadows as my mat;
My face no longer with the knowledge of a smile;
Nor laughter, or Hysteria;
And all this while;
All I know is that I want to see ya;
Maybe in the clouds looking down at me;
Or the reflection in the water;
Of were I see;
Just time as a bother;
My face not aged by time;
The world behind me changing;
Everything of the same Rhyme;
And my sorrow never aging.

So stop counting the years;
It no longer matters;
In time you lose those fears;
As things just past faster;
But now I am here;
In Limbo with nowhere to go;
Without anyone dear;
Waiting for the next thing time will show.

dude I love being mortal immortal is boring and dull it drains your humanity

Well Mortality also drains humanity i mean look at Hitler (though his inhumanity was more focused) though it is a pity that his mustauche is so kewl but u can no longer have it because it reminds pple of hitler *sigh*
