[AR] Gyyl - Synsaga's Loyalty

((For further reference, I am thinking of a land like FF12. Castles, with flying machines. Animals for land transport. The works.))

Gyyl

Gyyl is a land of wonders. Its land concists of empires, vilages, cities, and nature galore. However. A war wages. To the far north, before the land turns to ice there is an Empire. The Empire of Gala. To the south, way before the lands turn to ice is another Empire. The Empire of Hain. Gala and Hain have been at war for years. Their battle area is the land and skies of Org. A once thriving city that claimed to be Nuetral. It had fallen and is now a large field that holds destroyed flying machines, bodies, blood and oil. That land is said to cry every night. Recently they have entered a 'No fire' Ordinance. In which both parties will back off, regroup, heal, plan, plot and gather their forces. Neither party can attack, and all POW are to be released. It is like a Temporary Truce. Both parties did their part and stopped the war, temporarly.

Syn moved forward along the Gala Empire's outer wall. He moved down the large steps and entered the almost seemingly empty town. He curved the road and stepped easily into the Cathedral. It had been so long. So long since he prayed for his Parents. He doubted Alle, his god/goddess, would even remember him. Walking to the front of the empty Cathedral moved to the back wall, walking up the steps and unto the balcony. Looking down he seen his escorts. Two, heavily armed guards. He had ordered his full onterage from comming.

Looking out over the town he could still see the Hangers of the Hala Empire Castle being opened and shut, allowing Crafts to enter and leave. The crafts where like helecopters, could move in any direction and hover. However, they did not look like anything a helecopter would be. Small, oval shape - tappered at the bottom. They seemed to fill the skies latley.

'Manuvering practice.' His King came up with that excuse too easy. There was something more, and Syn could not put his finger on it. He came to the Cathedral to think freely.


"Praise Alle, keep them safe. Mom. Dad. Praise Alle." he said slowly as though he was not believeing it himself. There was doubt in his strong voice. And the two guard below hear it, asking him if he was alright. Syn nodded even though he was not.

Turning on his heel he walked back down to the guards. "To the tower." He said. "To the tower, now." He said again when the two guards failed to move. They still did not move. Syn took up step, heading to the said tower. That is when one guard stepped infront of him, leading him. And the other at Syn's heels.

Once to the tower he pulled at the Guard infront of him. "No need." He said with a strong voice and entered the tower that was placed in the middle of the town. It took him some time to get to the top, but once he did, he loved the view. He could see the whole town, its boundries, the Empire Keep, and even the Docks. He stood there, at the top, looking over the boundries of King Gala's territory. It was large, large indeed.

Not seeing anything particular with thefour Hangars at the Gala Keep, he walked back down the tower to the awaiting Guards. They loked to him, wondering if he found what he was looking for. They knew, no doubt. Could they know the cord that connected Gala and Syn as allies was being pulled tight and tighter? Was it Syn that was pulling? Or was it Gala? He shook his head mentaly and began walking down the road. The guards took their place, one infront, and one behind.
